Tour Schedule

Wednesday 9th June

Arrive at MotoJoe HQ in Dalkeith no later than 9:00am for departure to Heysham.

We will take the 15:00 ferry to Douglas (latest check-in: 14:00), arriving at approximately 18:45.

Overnight stay in Douglas.

Thursday 10th – Saturday 12th June

Enjoy a sightseeing tour around the island together with plenty of time to experience the Isle of Man TT races, paddock, entertainment and atmosphere throughout the best part of race week.

Overnight stay in Douglas each night.

Sunday 13th June

Early morning departure for the 06:45 ferry back to Heysham (latest check-in: 05:45), arriving at approximately 10:30.

We will then make our way back north through some fantastic roads before arriving back into Scotland later that day.

Lounge passes are included with both ferry crossings.

Accommodation & Pricing

We will be staying at the Ellan Vannin Hotel in Douglas on a Bed & Breakfast basis.

There are plenty of excellent restaurants, pubs and cafés nearby for lunches and evening meals throughout the trip. If you would like to join any group dinners, please let us know in advance.

Rider sharing a Twin Room: £1,995.00 per person

Includes ferry crossings with lounge passes and an experienced tour guide throughout.

Payment

A 10% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due by 30th November 2026.

We are located approximately 7 miles from central Edinburgh and 14 miles from Edinburgh Airport. Please aim to arrive by 9:00am on Wednesday 9th June 2027 so we can enjoy a coffee before setting off together.

Due to the popularity of this event, all hotels and ferries are paid in advance on a non-refundable and non-transferable basis. We are obliged to mirror the same terms and conditions as a result, and therefore all tour payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If cancellation does occur, we will use all reasonable endeavours to find a replacement booking and offer a refund if we are successful in doing so.
