Reminder

PLEASE ENSURE YOU BRING YOUR FULL MOTORCYCLE LICENCE* AND ONE OTHER FORM OF PHOTO ID.

Acceptable forms of Photo ID:

  • Current signed passport
  • National identity card bearing a photograph

*PLEASE NOTE IF YOUR CURRENT ADDRESS IS NOT SHOWN ON YOUR LICENCE YOU WILL ALSO NEED TO BRING A SEPARATE DOCUMENT AS PROOF OF ADDRESS:

Acceptable Proof of Address:

  • Utility bill (gas, electric, satellite television, landline phone bill) issued within the last three months
  • Bank, Building Society or Credit Union statement or passbook dated within the last month
  • Local authority council tax bill for the current council tax year
  • Electoral Register entry

We do not accept the following as proof of address:

  • Provisional driving licence
  • Mobile phone bills
  • Credit card statements

PLEASE ADVISE US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF YOUR COLLECTION OR RETURN TIMES CHANGE (SEE TERMS & CONDITIONS).

UK LICENCE HOLDERS, PLEASE OBTAIN YOUR DVLA CHECK CODE AND EMAIL IT TO US WITHIN 3 WEEKS OF YOUR RENTAL COMMENCEMENT (SEE TERMS & CONDITIONS)
