3. Code of Conduct

4. Committee
- Managed by a committee elected at the AGM.
- Officers serve one-year terms; can be re-elected.

- Committee guides club activities, finances, and events.
5. Meetings
- Annual General Meeting (AGM) held to review activities, finances, and elect officers.
- Extraordinary General Meetings (EGM) can be called by the committee or member request.
- Members must receive notice of meetings in advance.
6. Finances
- Club funds only used to support objectives and activities.
- Treasurer maintains accurate records and reports annually.
- Bank transactions require two committee signatures.
- Members do not profit personally from club funds.
7. Events and Activities
- All events must comply with safety rules and UK law.
- Members participate at their own risk.
- Road riding events must follow all traffic laws.

8. Discipline
